Emiliano Litardo is a lawyer and professor (UBA, UNTREF). He pursued graduate studies in Human and Women’s Rights at the Universidad de Chile. He is a master’s student at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and a legal and feminist activist in socio-sexual diversity. He is a member of Lawyers for Sexual Rights (Abosex) and of the Association for the Struggle of the Travesti and Transexual Identity (ALITT). He is a researcher on issues of human rights and sexual rights and a co-editor of the Gender Identity Law of Argentina (2012).
