Abraham Blanco
Abraham Blanco is a lawyer and professor in International Human Rights Law, International Criminal Law, Family Law, Philosophy, Constitutional Procedural Law, and Venezuelan Sign Language. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management of Intellectual Creation at the National Experimental University Simón Rodríguez (UNESR). He is a distinguished public defender, assisting in the protection of children and youth, with the Public Defender’s Office of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. He is an undergraduate and postgraduate professor in Child and Adolescent Law, International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Criminal Law at the National Experimental University of the Armed Forces (UNEFA) and the Latin American and Caribbean University (ULAC). He is the founding professor of the National School of the Public Defender’s Office. He is also a permanent collaborator in the itinerant diploma courses of the Ombudsman’s Office of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the National School of Human Rights, and the Juan Vives Suriá Foundation of the Ombudsman’s Office.
