Ce projet innovant vise \u00e0 faire l\u2019inventaire des d\u00e9bats actuels auxquels font face les r\u00e9ponses juridiques institutionnelles \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail de questions allant des probl\u00e8mes sociaux chroniques aux crises humanitaires dans les Am\u00e9riques.
