Tiene formaci\u00f3n multidisciplinar en derecho, criminolog\u00eda, sociolog\u00eda, antropolog\u00eda y comunicaci\u00f3n. Tiene maestr\u00eda en estudios sociojur\u00eddicos de la\u00a0<i>Universidade Federal Fluminense<\/i>, es doctor en criminolog\u00eda de la\u00a0<i>University of Ottawa<\/i>.
